Frio River Realty is a full service real estate company. Our goal is to grow the business and provide both sellers and buyers a professional level of real estate services. One of our key roles is providing our clients with market data regarding homes and property in the local area. This allows buyers and sellers the information needed to make good business decisions when buying or selling real estate. Our intent is to provide a level of service that will allow the company to grow based on referrals from satisfied clients. After a lot of consideration regarding the best location to optimize potential business, we decided to build our new office on River Road (CR 348) in Concan, Texas. This location allows us to take advantage of a broad group of potential clients. The Frio Canyon area has become a sought after retirement region, vacation area, and for some, a place to call home on a permanent basis. As you know, Concan and the Frio River region has established itself for many years as a premier vacation spot. People enjoy many activities offered in the area such as floating or swimming in the clear waters of the Frio River, hiking, bird watching, motorcycle touring, kayaking, star gazing, or just relaxing and watching beautiful sunsets. To compliment our real estate business, the Frio River Realty office will be combined with a second venture, the vacation home rental business. The name of the company is ”Frio River Vacation Rentals”. The rental business will be a great opportunity to meet and show homes to renters who come to the Frio Canyon Area and catch the “Frio Fever”. When prospective buyers make the decision to purchase a home or property in the Frio Canyon region, we want to be their real estate company of choice.
