Larry Roberts - Throughout my adult working career, I have dedicated myself to managing and assisting people from all walks of life. After obtaining my Masters degree from Sam Houston State University, I began a career in education. In a short period of time, I attained the position of Assistant Principal in the Conroe ISD. I then pursued a position as a Human Resource manager where I began a successful career for the next 20 years. In 2002, I experienced a necessary change due to the economy. Even though my background was primarily in Human Resources work, I decided to obtain a Real Estate license. It provided me the opportunity to continue assisting people with one of the most important transactions we encounter as adults….buying or selling a home! During the past 7 years, I have achieved the multi-million dollar sales status as a Realtor in Montgomery County.
My family has always been my primary focus. I am proud of my wife of 29 years and the two children she brought into our lives. Missy, Bryan, and Anna Beth make up the Roberts clan. Bryan is a recent graduate of Texas A&M working in the oil and gas industry, while Anna Beth is scheduled to graduate from Sam Houston State University in pursuit of a career in education. We enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and of course the Frio River! Our family has been floating the Frio River for over 20 years.
Missy and I recently made a very positive life changing decision. We decided to move to the Frio River and start several businesses. We will be opening a Real Estate Brokerage and a Vacation Home Rental business. As you can imagine, each business will compliment the other. Our intent is to become active members of the community and develop a successful business that will add value to the area. Linda Rocchio - Part of my success in real estate can be attributed to a diversified, but related background. I spent 9 years with a law firm preparing documents for real estate transactions, loans, and property disputes. As a tax assessor collector for the Delta Lake Irrigation District in the lower Rio Grande Valley, I worked closely with the appraisal district on land values and collections. Both of these positions helped me better understand key elements of real estate.
In 1999, my husband and I formed a property management company called Frio Fun. In a short period of time, we became one of the largest and most successful property management companies in the Frio River region. At the same time, I decided to help develop and become a successful part of a real estate company, Concan Real Estate, where I assisted people with the purchase or sale of many homes and property in the area.
I recently joined Frio River Realty, a new real estate company in Concan. I am excited about the opportunity to be a part of the growth and success of Frio River Realty. As your realtor, I look forward to assisting you with all of your real estate needs. |
